SALON POLICY
Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee is due at time of cancellation before another appointment is rescheduled. Cancellation made within 24 hours of appointment time does not allow sufficient time for our team to rebook, therefore the cancellation fee is required.
No Shows
If you no show an appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee + a $50 deposit for reschedule appointment time. The deposit will be applied toward the service, day of rescheduled appointment.
Deposits
ALL appointments made for over a 3 hour time session will require a non refundable $75 deposit. Deposits will be applied toward the service the day of your scheduled appointment. It is transferable if rescheduled within 48 hours, however it is not refundable.
